1 hour initial meeting to discuss your event (who, what, where, when, how and what you want it to look like... and budget planning too)
Initial proposal including inspiration board, event flow and production design sent to you within a few days (including contract)
Follow up meeting to fine tune details and share samples of any designs (fabrics, colors, diagrams)
Assistance in site and vendor selection (tour sites with you and assist with negotiation of vendor contracts)
Custom invitation designing and ordering, menu selection, help you find and hire the perfect entertainment
Set up a vendor payment schedule for you (including all deposit and final balance due dates and amounts)
If needed, service staff for your event can be hired as well
Event set up and production, execution and management and wrap up on day of event.
